The Devil Cult is a school's secret organization that punishes female students by complaining and punishing them, and sells footage of them. A phantom mask, an envoy of justice who fights against the toes of his guru, the devil, every day. His true identity is Fujimiya Suzuka, the school's student council president. Suzuka was fighting the Devil's Cult to never reveal her true identity. Meanwhile, Akiyama Yurie, Suzuka's best friend and often targeted by the cult, is captured by Masaburo, a punishment teacher who controls insects and snakes. Masaburo interrogates her to find out what Yurie knows about the true identity of the Phantom Mask.
