Investigator Fubuki, who obtained information on Mafia Dominus' transactions from an informant, came to see what was going on with his boss, the head of the Tsunami Investigation Bureau, at the abandoned photo studio where the transaction was scheduled. However, two masked women attack the tsunami and the blizzard. Fubuki fights hard. Then the Dominus executive queen who caught Tsunami appears.
